The TEaCH CoLab group has enjoyed a number of onsite visits over the course of its life to date, but Covid called a halt to all of that for two years. However, this March (2022), faculty from University of Washington, Bothell travelled to WIT to work on a variety of aspects of the TEaCH CoLab project. At the end of the visit, five members of staff recorded a podcast to reflect on the experiences of the previous few days. The panel talked about the importance of professional development and personal connection to this type of work, and the various ways in which the project has benefitted students, some of whom are now on an Erasmus+ exchange between campuses. They also discussed plans for the next phase of their work.
